THE HISTORY OF Mr Pole Fitness UK
This annual Miss Pole Dance UK (MPD UK) pole dance and fitness competition is attended by pole dancing enthusiasts from all areas of the United Kingdom. 

MPD UK was established in 2005 and founded by Kay Penney. Miss Pole Dance UK is owned and operated by Pole Passion Ltd.

 

The Professional Mr Pole Fitness UK category was first introduced in 2009 with pole fitness gaining popularity amongst men. Over the years the Amateur Semi-Pro Mr Pole Fitness Category was introduced 2015 where the competition continues to grow year-on-year in both prestige and popularity.

 

The main aim of this event is to support, educate and encourage all polers who wish to perform to a live audience. Giving them a platorm and stage to showcase their talent, tell their story and live their dream through the art of pole.

 

We continually strive to create public awareness for this empowering and innovative challenging sport and dance.
