your support is very much appreciated and valuble 

• Supporting the competitors front and backstage – morning or all day

meeting them at the venue in the morning, directing them to the changing rooms, and generally being helpful during the day with their questions

• Competitor/Masterclass registration - morning

Ensure all people are booked and signed in, help and support where needed
Meet and greet of the Instructor, checking they have everything for their class

• Supporting our valuable sponsors and vendors – morning or all day

meeting them at the venue, directing them to their area, and being

helpful with their requirements

• Stage and venue preparation during the day
  -  morning and during the competitions 

before the competition with stage and venue set up, stage set up during all the competitions with awards and photography

• Judges support during the day 
- morning and during the competitions 

meeting them at the venue and making sure they are

supported throughout the day with snacks and drinks

• Spectators/Ticket Allocations 
– morning

Greeting the audience with a smile, ticket allocations and 

supporting them with information about the day

• Merchandise sales team 
– morning and all-day 

Set up the table of products, and sales experience is a bonus

• Pole Cleaners 
- 11am onwards

Experience the thrill of being on the stage in front of a live audience.
Proficient and a high level of advanced pole climbing experience on the pole is required  - cleaning training will be given

• Official video and photographer’s front and backstage
– all day

amateurs welcome - this could be a paid role

• Social media helpers 
– morning and all day

Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo

and any others a bonus

 

• Front of Stage manager  
– 11am onwards

Coordinating with the compare in keeping the smooth running of the competition

• Back Stage manager  

– 11am onwards

Coordinating with the front of stage manager and compare in keeping the smooth running of the competition, making sure the competitors are ready for their performance

 

• Music – All day

Switching on the music for each competitor 

Playing interval music (music will be in order)

 

• Compare 
– 11am onwards
